Short-Term Rental Management in New Cairo

We manage the work before, during, and after every stay.

Running a short-term rental takes more than publishing a listing. Sokoun prepares the property, manages bookings, supports guests, coordinates cleaning and maintenance, and keeps the owner informed.

Before the first booking

We get the property ready.

Property review

We review the location, condition, furnishing, and current setup before deciding whether the property fits our management service.

Readiness plan

We explain what can stay, what should change, and what needs to be added before guests arrive.

Listing preparation

We prepare the agreed property information, photography direction, listing details, availability, and arrival process.

Launch setup

We make sure the agreed booking and operating details are in place before the property goes live.

Managing bookings

We manage the listing and booking calendar.

Listings and availability

We keep the property information and availability up to date on the agreed booking channels.

Pricing

We review the listed price based on the property, demand, seasonality, and current booking conditions.

Guest enquiries

We answer questions, share the required booking information, and manage communication before arrival.

Managing every stay

We support guests from arrival to departure.

Check-in

We coordinate arrival details and give guests the information they need to enter and use the property.

Guest support

We manage guest communication during the stay and coordinate the next step when an issue is reported.

Check-out

We share departure information and prepare the property for the next turnover.

Cleaning and quality checks

We coordinate cleaning between stays and check that the property is ready for the next guest.

Caring for the property

We follow up when the property needs attention.

Maintenance

When something breaks or needs attention, we document the issue, arrange the appropriate supplier, and coordinate the work.

The property owner remains responsible for property expenses. The management agreement explains how repair costs are approved and paid.

Utility bills

We track agreed utility bills and arrange payment on the owner’s behalf. Utility charges remain property expenses and are recorded with the property’s other costs.

Property checks

Regular turnover gives us opportunities to identify visible issues between stays and coordinate follow-up sooner.

Damage and incidents

If damage or an incident is reported, we document it and coordinate the next step under the relevant booking, platform, and management terms.

No management company can guarantee that damage will never occur or that every claim will be recovered.

Keeping owners informed

Clear information without daily management.

Sokoun provides owner reports covering the agreed booking, income, expense, maintenance, and owner-use information.

You stay involved in the decisions that matter without answering every guest message or coordinating every clean.

What remains your responsibility

You keep control of the important decisions.

Sokoun manages the agreed daily operations. As the owner, you remain responsible for the property and for the costs and obligations that are not included in the management agreement.

Before you sign, we explain:

  • The management fee and other service charges
  • The property setup budget
  • Who funds utilities and repairs
  • Which expenses require your approval
  • What Sokoun may approve in an emergency
  • The documents needed to manage the property
  • The payout and reporting process
  • The contract term and exit process
  • Any owner tax, insurance, licensing, or legal responsibilities
